With the arrival of spring officially here, the itch has started to hit the refresh button on my home! I’m more than ready to put away all the heaviness of the winter- dark colors and weighted blankets. It’s time for my home to match the spring air- crisp, clean, bright. With our dining room being the first you seen upon arrival, I decided to start there.
As much as I love my evergreens and winter details, I wanted a blank pallet to start from. Working with mostly white and gold, I’m hoping to fill the room with small, quiet accents. Since our rental came with its own oh so appealing wallpaper (cough*cough), I thought that plain white decoratives would be best. Hopefully I can draw some eyes away from the chaos of the paper with some more clean, sleek pieces. So here’s the starting line for our spring edit.
Hopefully, the rest of the house will start to fall in line. We will be sure to show you all and new changes over the next couple of months.
We will be back soon bringing you some tid-bits of fun from over the weekend as well as our travels. Until then,
Until next time!
